Join Andrea for a free Tai Chi Flow practice offered right after the regular Tai Chi class. This gentle, informal session uses slow movement, mindful breathing, and quiet focus to support relaxation, stress relief, emotional balance, and whole-body wellness.

There is no formal instruction during Tai Chi Flow — just shared movement, fresh air, and time to breathe, reset, and reconnect.

Offered free during the month of May in support of Mental Health Awareness Month. No booking required. You may join the Tai Chi class, the free Tai Chi Flow, or both.
