Gentle, flowing movement practice that improves balance, coordination, and circulation. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi supports relaxation, mobility, and long-term wellness.

Classes are held outdoors on the Mayflower Acupuncture backyard lawn and are weather-dependent. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for outdoor conditions.
